Felipe de Assis is an artist, curator, and researcher. He works at the intersection of creation, curation, and critical thinking about contemporary performing arts.
He is one of the curators of FIAC Bahia, the International Performing Arts Festival of Bahia, with 16 editions and over 200 productions from 15 countries presented in Salvador, Brazil.
His doctoral research investigates what it means to be an artist today, in a time when creating, producing, managing, and circulating are simultaneous demands. I study what I live.
He publishes the newsletter Quer ver? Repare., on curation, circulation, and career strategies for artists who want to approach their trajectory with intention, not just intuition.
